  • Full Payment: If you have paid the full amount upfront, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed if you cancel the project before completion.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service despite our efforts to address your concerns through our revision process, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Subscription Services

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No prorated refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription if canceled within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues with our subscription services that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund for the affected period.

Digital Products

  • Templates and Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you encounter significant technical issues with the product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party fees paid on your behalf (domain registration, stock photos, font licenses, etc.)
